These terms apply to your use of the TheClickTutors website and tutoring services. By booking a lesson, you agree to them.
Our services
We provide live, one-on-one online tutoring over Google Meet. Lessons are booked by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the account and for supervising students under 18 as appropriate.
Free demo
Your first session is a free demo. No payment details are required to book it.
Booking, rescheduling and cancellations
- Lessons are scheduled in your local time zone.
- Please tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel or move a lesson. We'll confirm the notice period when your plan starts.
- If a student misses a lesson without notice, we'll try to find another time, but a make-up lesson can't always be guaranteed.
- If a tutor needs to cancel, we will offer a new time or a replacement tutor.
Payments
Plans are priced monthly in USD, CAD, GBP or AUD depending on your country. We'll share payment details and due dates before your first paid lesson.
Academic integrity
Tutors help students learn. They will not complete homework, assignments or tests on a student's behalf.
Lesson conduct and recordings
- Students and tutors are expected to be respectful and on time.
- Lessons are not recorded unless we agree with the parent in advance.
- We may end services if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.
Intellectual property
Website content and lesson materials we create belong to us. You may use them for your child's personal learning only.
Limitation of liability
We do our best to help every student improve, but we cannot guarantee specific grades or test scores. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected lessons. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where our business is based. This does not remove any consumer rights you have under the laws of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
